"The partnership is chaired by David Brough (of Hayes Town Partnership) and includes representatives from Hillingdon Council, Hayes Town Partnership, GlaxoSmithKline, Inland Waterways Association, Groundwork, Thames 21, West Drayton Town Centre Action Group, John McDonnell MP (Hayes & Harlington) and Friends of Grand Union Canal."
